We have yet another exciting trip planned to the Peruvian Andes to visit Machu Picchu and . Participants will have a chance to explore ancient culture and the most diverse place on Earth.  Expert guides will educate and lead to the group through high altitudes of the Andes and down the Amazon River experiencing a trip of a life time.  Explore at your own pace with your own interest. Swimming, Kayaking, Hiking, Trains, Airplanes, boats and motorbikes on this trip will  take you to places you only hear about. Students, enthusiasts welcome to participate in this high speed leisure and educational experience.

Day 1

Arrive in Cusco

Rest up in morning

In the afternoon you will have the City Tour, visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral, Koricancha Temple and the nearly archaeological sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Overnight in Cusco

Day 2

Sacred Valley Tour

After the breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel, to take a full day excursion to the "Sacred Valley of the Incas". Visit the picturesque village of Pisac and its colorful Craft Fair.

At noon we will have a buffet lunch at a tourist restaurant.

Day 3

Train Ride to Aguas Calientes 

Continue the journey to the village and Ollantaytambo 2hrs

In the late morning, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes, where our representative will meet and accommodate them in the hotel. At approximately 1 pm our guide will be located in the hotel to give indications of the tour to the next day. Explore town.  

Day 4

Machu Picchu

At 6.00 a.m. you will take the bus to climb 30 minutes until arrive in the incredible wonder of the world "The Sanctuary of Machu picchu", known as "The Lost City of the Incas", where you can enjoy of the sunrise in the mountain.

In the Sanctuary of Machu picchu, we will begin our guided tour, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters; the Temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries, the tour lasts about two hours.

Then you will have free time to visit some place in Machu picchu, and around at 14:00, you can take the bus to down to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can have your meals at one of several restaurants in the village

Day 5

Train back to Cusco

Visit Ollantaytambo Fortress, enormous administrative, agricultural, civil, military and religious complex, time Tawantinsuyo. Continue to Cusco for hotel stay

Day 6

Depart for Home

Peruvian Amazon

Participants will have a chance to explore the Amazon River Basin the most diverse place on Earth.  Our knowledgeable guides will educate and lead  the group through jungle trails, creeks and rivers, sanctuaries of the Peruvian Amazon River,  experiencing a trip of a life time.  Explore at your own pace with your own interest, whether it be Birds, Reptiles, Fish, Invertebrates, Culture, Primates and other Mammals. Swimming, Kayaking, Hiking, Airplanes, boats and motorbikes on this trip will  take you to places you only hear about. Students, enthusiasts welcome to participate in this leisure and educational experience.

Pricing and Payment Schedule

 

Prices per attendee are based on a minimum attendance of 20 students. The price must adjust upon a lowered attendance rate. Please see travel proposal for more details on trip cost.

Payments will be made in the form of a $ 1500 deposit November 1, 2020, and  final payment of $1450 on December 1, 2019

Checks can be addressed to You Name It Tours and mailed to 3956 Town Center Blvd #371, Orlando, FL 32837. There is no processing fee for payment by check, cash or money order. 

 

Credit or Debit

Credit or Debit can be used for payments with the use of a credit authorization form. Credit, Paypal and Debit will incur a 3% processing fee.

Refund Policy:  Trip fare is fully refundable up to 60 days before trip.

50% refund will be granted from 60 to  30 days of trip date.  25% refund will be granted 30 to 10 days of trip date.  With in 10 days of trip a portion of based on nonrefundable tickets, rooms and tour operators will be given.  This will be on a case by case basis.
